New Executive Director Seminar: Building a Winning Team

This seminar is best suited for new Executive Directors (2 years or less experience) and/or Executive Directors who would like to develop their skills related to selection, training, coaching, and retention of Quality Staff. However, we can’t forget that assembling a winning team begins with a strong Board of Directors. Learn recruitment and diversification strategies or Board building and share best practices.
The learning objectives of the seminar are:
- Executive Managers will be able to identify and execute the steps of an effective hiring process, beginning with a strong job description.
- Executive Managers will be able to organize a Board Governance Committee.
- Executive Managers will be able to explain and understand how to support the Governance Committee in adopting and executing the Board Building Cycle.
